Written by K. F. Kovalchuk, V. A. Nikitenko, A. M. Revyakin

To assess trust in a hierarchical fuzzy inference system, confidence intervals were generated based on the Edelman Barometer study. The results of modeling studies are given.
Keywords: trust relationship; insurer; fuzzy inference; external environment.
