The author examines the experience of interaction of the brand-manufacturer of equipment A with a large federal retail network B in Russia, which sells products of a large number of different brands, including company A and its competitors, in the field of training sellers. The initial conditions under which there is a need to train sales consultants of the partner network to know the techniques and technologies of a certain brand are given and the experience of solving this problem by means of a distance learning form, a certification webinar, is described in detail. The commercial conditions of cooperation in the field of training sellers and benefits for the parties of the partnership are explained. Methodological recommendations for the application of the described methodology, a certification webinar, have been given, and difficulties arising in the process of implementing this methodology have been described.
