The author analyzed the factors of interactive teaching’s effective use at students training in Management course units and their specificity revealed by practical application. That was done by using in studies the following two models: E. Dale’s Cone of Experience and his followers’ Learning Pyramid. The effectiveness factors in consideration were combined in 5 groups according to their abstraction level. As a result the author revealed the problems hampering interactive teaching implementation in training process and proposed the ways of their overcoming.
