Based on market research conducted by authors in high-tech enterprises members of Zelenograd business networks in the frame of perticipation in Federal Targeted Program “Innovative Russia’s Scientifi c and Academic Staff ” the current issues of administrative staff competence in the fi eld of marketing and logistics instruments and mechanisms knowledge are analyzed to determine the need to increase it in the commercialization of high-tech products.
