The article analyzes modern world practices of implementing the philosophy and methodology of design thinking. Examples of applying the methodology in corporate training programs of well-known business companies are given. Special attention is paid to advanced educational technologies aimed at supporting methods that develop thinking skills: creative thinking, design thinking, decision-making, problem-based learning, future scenarios, etc. The author claims that this approach ensures the training of qualified personnel and the formation of a cultural code in large companies that operate in the digital economy.
