The author considers the difficulties of achieving the goals of management development and dialectical contradictions that arise in the process of managing the development of the company and in the conditions of functioning of the mechanisms of economic crises. Authors’ models and management mechanisms are proposed that take into account the laws of dialectics that are valid in the process of business functioning. The article is intended for management specialists, teachers, students.
