Аuthor has examined the most significant trends in the foreign trade relations of the Russian Federation in 2019, which continued their development against the backdrop of increasing general turbulence in the world economy and modern international trade. The study used the methodology of comparative and statistical analysis. Traditionally, the main attention in the article is devoted to the analysis of actual shifts in the dynamics of Russia’s foreign trade, in its geographical and commodity structure. Based on the latest statistical materials, changes in the position of the Russian Federation as one of the leading actors in the field of international commodity exchange are shown. At the same time, a number of are. Аlso for the first time the official and calculated data has been introduced into the domestic scientific circulation by the author.
