The author has proposed an approach to estimation of staff contribution to aggregate intellectual capital of enterprise professing intellectual innovation activity. This approach is based on functional analysis that enables to estimate the staff contribution in view of several important criteria. The author has given concrete example of her method application to validate a decision to compensate the staff by their real contribution to implemented research and development.
