The authors did consider one of the most important components in innovative project management system: marketing collateral of their development and implementation processes designed to solve problems related to customer satisfaction, new product or technology competitiveness, and added value creation. The authors did expose theoretical principles and practical experience of the marketing collateral of innovative projects development and implementation processes in the IT-company “Infomaximum”. They have identified problem areas and
have proven the directions of company development based upon marketing tools use.
