The necessity to overcome the stereotypes in teacher — learner interaction and to develop learner-centered
approach is stressed out. The problem of educator’s personality perception by their pupils is raised. High
information value of first- and second-year college students’ answers while resolving tasks of successful learning prediction by each separate personality and of defining the specificity of teaching staff and learners’ interaction by personality traits’ self-evaluation is revealed by experiment. The results of teaching / learning process participants’ personality traits’ comparative psychological study using A. N. Lebedev’s test technique “Seven” are presented.
