From the position of social philosophy, the authors explore the fundamental ideological foundations of corporate culture, trace the evolution of scientific views, analyze theoretical approaches and approaches to the formation of organizations of their identity. As a practical example, the authors consider the corporate culture of institutions of higher education, justify its fundamental role and graphically depict the value core of the university. Evaluating the university as a social institution, the authors have identified its essential characteristics and possible variants of its meaning for society.
