In this continuation of article “Theoretic Concepts of Systemic and Synergetic Approach to Research and
Manufacturing Complexes Development Management” published in previous issue, the principles of systemic
and synergetic approach to research and manufacturing complexes development management are stated, allowing to build a basis for creation, modernization, systematization and unification of multiple management
tools and techniques in the frames of developed methodological concept. Based on these principles it is possible to form such complex structural elements as a set of research and manufacturing complexes development management mechanisms providing the solution for problems of theoretical and methodological kind. Special focus at principles’ development was on peculiarities of complex economic and social systems (capacity to selforganization, presence of different types of synergy and other).
