The authors consider the factors affecting the quality of teaching / learning process in the period of active digital enablement of various sectors of life and industry. This work presents the results of an opinion survey of students’ psychoemotional state conducted at National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET) in the spring and summer of 2021. The authors have analyzed the changes in students’ psychoemotional state caused by their prolonged self-isolation amid the pandemic of new disease, and the aggravation of social deprivation problem after worldwide transition to distance learning.
