In July 2014 died Yuri Maksimovich Slobodkin, candidate of legal sciences, assistant professor,
one of Russia’s most competent and qualified lawyers, who for many years coordinated the
places of district court chairman, of Moscow Region’s judicial qualifications commission chairman,
of Russian Federation people’s deputy, of XXVII Congress of Soviet Union Communist Party
delegate, of brilliant teacher and legal knowledge propagandist, and whom the Solnechnogorsky
District inhabitants granted an unofficial title of “living legend” for his selfless labor.
