The authors have proposed a concept of expanding the horizontal interactions of enterprises based on the following principles: consistency; synergy; synchronization; harmonization; reciprocity and consistency of the competencies. The authors did conduct the analysis of factors having significant impact on the formation and expansion of partnerships in the horizontal network. They did propose an integrated approach to selection of partners for the organization of network interaction on the basis of taxonomic analysis, which takes into account not only core competencies, but also the elements of organizational culture affecting the interaction of the enterprises.
