Written by P. I. Chizhik, A. V. Naumovdoi: 10.24151/2409-1073-2023-1-155-162

military and professional activities is shown. The authors particularly note that the degree of perfection
of the offi cers’ spiritual qualities, their axiological characteristic, worldview orientation
and positive internal and external focus are of fundamental importance in everyday service. The
authors place the emphasis on both positive and negative forms of manifestation of the offi cer’s
personal world, which is a peculiar fusion of common cultural, professional and personal values.
The authors have established a point that the eff ectiveness and quality of life-saving and health
preservation work for the good of Russian citizens is directly determined by the level of spiritual
development of offi cers of structural subdivisions of EMERCOM of Russia.

Personal security in the Internet space: establishing and protecting new boundaries of privacy
Written by N. N. SamokhinaAbstract. The problem of boundaries detecting and individual private space protecting in
the Internet is considered. In this work, the judgment is substantiated that total penetration of
Internet technologies into public life and relationships increases the impact of various risk factors
on the sphere of confi dentiality and privacy of a person, which leads to the evolution of the
very concept of privacy. It is suggested that understanding the evolution of the sphere of privacy
in a digital society is crucial for understanding the problem of protecting a person’s personal
boundaries. The necessity of fi nding a balance between the individual human right to privacy
and the public demand for the protection of this right is shown. An assumption has been made
about the possible eff ectiveness of the application of I. Altman’s theory describing the process
of establishing the boundaries of confi dentiality at the level of individual behavior to regulate the
sphere of personal security protection in the Internet space.

of state architectonics and in addition substantiates the signifi cance of the concepts of dialogism,
relativism and pragmatism as applied to forms of self-organization. The analysis has identifi ed
points of growth for addressing a wide range of issues in social practice. Finally, the link between
consolidation of eff orts and resources have been outlined.

Human and society through the prism of the concept of fractality
Written by M. Yu. Morozovdoi: 10.24151/2409-1073-2023-1-132-139
Abstract. The author argues that human cognition, while having common conditions of generation,
also has a common underlying problematic around which the objects of all its specifi c areas
revolve, without exception. The historical evolution of the functional role of science in society is
considered. The connection between the problem of totality and the intense societal need for the
individual to refl ect on his or her freedom, which is expressed in a variety of political concepts,
is demonstrated. The gnosiological roots of the concept of totalitarianism are revealed, the we/I
ratio is analyzed and its connection with the contradiction of continuous and discrete, which goes
back to the dialectic of the One and the Many, is shown. The author makes it clear that individual
Self, stripped of its own defi nitions in a society of advanced commodity production, is found to
be fragmented, despite the increasing continuity of the chains of material production in which it is
included as an agent. This fragmentation serves as the basis for the self-awareness of the Self as an
abstract One (das Eins). A solution to the problem of totality in the form of a dialectical project of
a unifi ed concept of fractality, conceptualized as a logical category, has been proposed.

Managing the process of digitalization of the domestic education system as an urgent social problem
Written by R. R. Kutlovadoi: 10.24151/2409-1073-2023-1-126-131
Abstract. It is noted that in the era of digitalization, information is the main management
resource, but it is characterized by redundancy, multi-aspect, multiplicity of sources and transmission
channels. It is indicated that redundancy and other new properties of information are
key factors in reducing the level of effi ciency of management of various social systems, including
the education system. It is shown that the education system, being heterogeneous and complex,
interacts with many social institutions, which actualizes the problem of increasing the eff ectiveness
of managing the digitalization of education in order to preserve its qualities such as stability and
adaptability to the contingent environment. It has been concluded that the management of digitalization
of education is an actual type of social activity that ensures the convergence of historically
formed stability and constructive transformations of the education system.

Drama of “Russian idea” in the circle of Russian history
Written by S. P. Kolpakovadoi: 10.24151/2409-1073-2023-1-120-125
Abstract. The author considers the problem of comprehension of historic trajectory of Russia:
its identifi cation either with East or West or its spin-off into a separate world. The analysis is given
of intellectual debates about destiny of Russia, which start on the cusp of centuries. The author
notes common staging ground for all “Russian idea” retrieval routes: dissatisfaction with current
state of the country. It has been demonstrated that the drama of “Russian idea” is in diversity and
discrepancy of beliefs about place and role of Russia in the world.

Phenomenological approach in the social sciences: formation, signifi cance, and perspectives
Written by S. L. Katanandov, A. A. Kovalevdoi: 10.24151/2409-1073-2023-1-111-119
Abstract. The authors examine the signifi cance of the phenomenological approach for the social
sciences as a certain qualitative change in the study of the phenomena of the social world. The
purpose of the study is to explore the signifi cance of the phenomenological approach in the issues
of research and resolution of topical socio-political problems of the modern world. Based on the
results of the study, it has been concluded that the emergence of the phenomenological method has
enriched the science with eff ective scientifi c approach allowing the qualitative solution of pressing
social problems, extending beyond their formal study.

and the nuances of its terminological application are consistently considered; as well as the phenomenon
of noospheric globalization infl uenced by the scientifi c thought and anthropogenic factor.
The conception of the noosphere is presented as the worldview basis of the model of sustainable development.
The main methods are comparative and integrative. Results. The concepts of “noosphere”,
“noospheric globalization”, “sustainable development” are correlated. It’s concluded that sustainable
development is impossible without the noospheric principles and ideas implementation, and
the appearance of the noosphere is connected with the sustainable development formation. Its
characters are the rational use of natural resources and the balanced economic growth. Research
implications. The classical theme of the noosphere has been renewed by placing in the context of
the sustainable development conception that is relevant to nowadays. The ways of correlation between
these theoretical constructs are outlined. The necessity of noospheric globali zation in the
process of modern socio-economic development is substantiated.

Principal-agent problem in corporate governance: essence, causes, main approaches to resolution
Written by N. N. Kostenkodoi: 10.24151/2409-1073-2023-1-60-66
Abstract. Corporate governance is considered as an eff ective management model for large
businesses and non-profi t enterprises. It is noted that the eff ectiveness of corporate governance is
based on the mechanism of checks and balances and the distribution of powers and responsibilities
between companies’ agents (managers) and owners (shareholders, benefi ciaries). It is emphasized
that such a confi guration, in addition to positive eff ects, generates a principal-agent problem as an
inevitable consequence of the features of the management system. It has been concluded that, being
potentially virtually unavoidable, the principal-agent problem can be prevented and leveled. It
is shown that one of the eff ective mechanisms for solving the principal-agent problem is to ensure
transparency of the company’s management activities.

Laser company that operates in the market of numerically controlled laser machines for metal
cutting, are shown. Characteristics of selected market segments are presented. Segmentation was
performed using the STATISTICA program. It has been established that segments match the similar
consumer preferences of Han’s Laser customers. The results of the study are intended for the
