The mechanism of multi-agent management of the company’s project tasks solution as a new paradigm of management based on IT technologies is considered, its distinctive features are highlighted. It is argued that in the context of the digitalization of research objects, the growth of import substitution, the main task is to manage the interaction of participants in the renewal programs of large corporate formations. Various mechanisms of organizational project support and system organizational integrator as tools for planning and implementing the innovation cycle to create a competitive system innovation have been proposed.
