The necessity to use new methods of business because of strengthening of competitive fi ght in the conditions of innovative economy is substantiated. The role of the organization’s interaction with external environment is revealed. The forms of partnership and types of interaction of subjects of the marked are considered. The views of scientists on types and conditions of relationship between partners are analyzed. The mechanism of creation of strategic interactions allowing to consider emotional nature of partnership and to operate business processes basing on the key competences of the enterprises is off ered.
