The characteristics of knowledge-intensive enterprises personnel, the factors infl uencing it and its rating criteria are considered. The results of research on knowledge-intensive enterprises personnel qualities done by authors and their revealed interrelation with the activities of employees, providing for the eff ective functioning of such enterprises, are presented. The qualities listed in some groups and the estimation of their infl uence on diff erent kinds of activity are given.
