The author recognizes the worldwide web role in higher learning efficiency increase. He expounds the experience of National Research University of Electronic Technology university-wide physical education department in applying e-learning material to second-year students’ independent and in-class work organization. The author has analyzed strengths and shortcomings of electronic form of physical education and has presented author’s development: video tutorial meeting informative value, accuracy and accessibility criteria.
