The authors have offered a technique of organizational culture type determination for the companies and organizations through the example of higher education institution. This technique is based on retrieving statistical information about the organization on certain indicators by carrying out employee (partners, clients) survey and expert evaluation of these indicators. The extent of this or that organizational culture manifestation is defined mathematically on the basis of statistics. The use of results’ graphic display in proposed technique allows visualization of the size of each culture type’s dominance and allocation of the most and the least characteristic ones for the organization under study.
