The author did define elements of modern youth’s image and its preferences of choice; did unveil some aspects of younger and older generations perception of the concept of motherland and did consider qualities of recent graduates. The author has designated a format of young people participation in urban space development through network projects and their implementation areas, and has proposed the idea of Zelenograd administrative district urban environment modernization by efforts of creative citizens with support from National Research University of Electronic Technology and Innovative Community-Based Cluster “Zelenograd”.
