The authors considered the logistics approach application in the project management field at the stage of materials, information and services plunging-up planning, implementation and control. They supposed the interaction of logistics and project management could be viewed from two sides not canceling each other out. Narrow view is the approach to managing the investment in logistical infrastructure. Broad one is the management fad the most suitable for company’s constant adaptation to changing environment. In relation to continuing task complication
at projects development and implementation the authors did contribute to formal technique creation for adequate methods and models that make
possible the logistical processes description in appropriate terms and also their automation taking into account their heterogeneousness. Petri nets belong to one of classes of the said technique.
