Since every enterprise potential development depends on the efficient use of all present resources, the authors consider resource availability as productive process’ start point. They did draw a conclusion about production output, sales revenue, reduction of production cost and growth of profits’ direct relation to enterprise’s timely providing with resources of relevant quality and range, to raw material stock and observance of expenditure norms. The authors reveal the essence of the “resource potential” notion and
give the characteristic indicators of enterprises resource potential. They did study the problems emerging
at resource potential estimation and did form its basic constituents.
