The author analyzes networked group structure as a system. She describes the usage of partner enterprises network-based interaction at the expansion of their horizontal connections. The author has defi ned the terms for enterprises consolidation into organizational structures of horizontal type and proposed the use of competence-based approach for partners’ selection while organizing network interaction. The author also presented the core competencies formation algorithm in the framework of horizontal interaction system buildup.
