The author considers factors influencing strategic development under conditions of companies’ innovative activity growth. He substantiates the necessity to use strategic planning mechanism including objectives and targets for long-term development. In order to preserve equilibrium of companies participating in strategic development programs the author has proposed to create mechanism of these companies’ innovative potentials management based on system organization integrator of innovative development programs participants’ interaction.
