The authors discuss the problem of interaction between regional educational institutions and enterprises, resource centers and educational clusters participating in qualified personnel training for real economy using museum exhibits and innovative information technologies. The authors provide information on the history of Zelenograd, on JSC Angstrem’s museum and its exhibit items, and on innovative solutions increasing the effectiveness of presentations. They have proposed a scheme of the project of new regional cluster creation for skilled personnel training in microelectronics. They did use the material collected by staff of Zelenograd-based JSC Angstrem and National Research University of Electronic Technology.
