The experience of implementation of personality-oriented approach in the formation of the structural and content model of the educational process at the University is generalized. The technologies of building models of the subject area, focused on the creative level of presentation of the material and design of management systems of the learning process are considered; the principles of organization of the educational process used in the modeling of individual routes within the modern educational paradigm are formulated. The directions of creating innovative curricula to predict the state of the educational system of the University and the adoption of optimal learning strategies.
