The author studies the mechanism of biogeochemical connections and the degree of influence of the physical factor (passionarity) on the pattern of distribution of structural units in an open system. The author has analyzed dissipative structure of passionarity in the most critical moments of its development from the viewpoint of the open system dynamics. The author also offers a mathematical model of quantitative evaluation of an open system based on mathematical statistics and the definition of statistical thermodynamics.
Keywords: mathematical model; energy; mechanism; open system; passionarity; dissipative structure; energy potential; thermodynamics; biogeochemical connections; absorption; quantum state.
