The authors did expose the socio-economic aspects of migration as a phenomenon in the centuries-old genesis of Russian state, demonstrating the need for state regulation of migration processes. They did accentuate the framework arrangement for safety provision, emphasizing the significance of legislative confirmation of highest-level leaders’ position in socio-economic processes management within the frames of migration sphere. The authors did elaborate goals, primary directions and basics of Russian state migration policy, itemizing the tasks of personality, family, society and state protection.
