Abstract. The development of the modern economy is characterized by rapid changes due to new challenges, such as: global competition; the imposition of economic sanctions; digitalization of the economy, etc. All this requires organizations to quickly adapt to change, continuous improvement and development. The purpose of the article is to study the practice of development and change management in an industrial enterprise. Analysis of the structure and results of the activities of RM Rail Ruzhimmash allowed to develop an algorithm for managing changes in an industrial enterprise and to give specifi c recommendations on how to overcome the resistance to changes on the part of the staff .
