The author did make the assessed status of national food supply system and did consider strategically valuable organizational and economic basics of its development. He did substantiate the measures creating the conditions for this system’s sustainable functioning as important sector of national economy. The author has proposed a complex of perspective measures aimed at formation of effective agribusiness functional and sectoral structure management mechanism, with the application of territorial and product approach, organizational and economic and institutional and legal impact with the objective to satisfy the food market requirements according to norms incorporated in Food Security Doctrine.
