Philosophical and Economic Aspects of Sustainable Development

The author did show the urgency of the model of sustainable development of society. The value concept of solving the problems of sustainable development has been adopted. The author did confirm the complexity, to a certain extent the simultaneousness, and equation of sustainable development implementation by its main components and at all levels of the organization of society. The author did conduct comparative analysis of socio-economic indicators of the quality and accessibility of housing in conjunction with labor productivity in Russia, Germany and USA, and then did consider components of the triune concept of sustainable development of a construction company on the basis of the core philosophical issue and the law of unity and struggle of opposites. The author has substantiated the role of culture in its wide understanding, as a philosophical category, in
ensuring sustainable development of society, and has defined internal and external program tasks of carrying out activities of a construction company as an integrator for ensuring the sustainable development.
