To find the ways to raise the return on equity is one of corporate management’s important financial and economic tasks. The best approach to its solution in the modern context is project management. The author proposes an instrument for return on equity’s rise and business solvency strengthening based on DuPont model, using it as project’s tree of objectives. This model allows deep and veracious analysis of problem under study as well as the organization’s financial and business activity improvement’s complex project development.
