The authors show that political leadership is a complex phenomenon with two sides, one of which is hidden from the perception of the bulk of people. They have emphasized that leadership is always the power exercised by a specific person (group of persons) in order to induce their adherents and followers to concrete political actions expressing, in the first place, the leader’s fundamental interests that reflect the reverse side of the phenomenon of political leadership.
