Selecting a Bank as Sourcing for Small and Medium Enterprises

The authors did examine a task to select the sourcing for small and medium enterprises based on use of credit organizations rating. To enhance the reliability of its solution they did calculate the alternate rating according to Bystrov Oleg Filaretovich’s own method. The authors did specify all stages of calculations. They used Spearman rank correlation to check the alternate rating results against the initial ranking and validate the sourcing decision.
