The problem of vocational secondary education students’ learning and career motivation development
remains practically unexplored in academic and methodical literature. The author attempts a multicenter
study of students’ leading learning motives, the subject matter of which is the qualitative evaluation of their motivational preferences. The findings might be used at learning process organization and planning and in individual psycho-pedagogical support.
