The author deals with scientific rationality formation process, from Descartes period to post-positivism, analyzing the basic philosophic concepts that influenced the scientific rationality concepts formation in these periods of science development (those of B. Spinoza, N. Malebranche, K. Popper and T. Kuhn). Based on the principles of objectivity and
reflectivity, the author shows that scientific rationality actively involves constructive abilities of man considering him as active creator of reality.
