The authors considered the diagnosis of state of micro- and nanoelectronics enterprises located within the “Zelenograd” technology development zone. In order to reveal the problems to solve they composed a spectrum of multiple-choice questions. The authors did specify the tasks to ensure the innovation development’s financial support and to increase the knowledge-intensive companies’ marketing activity aimed to prepare the consumers for the use of innovation. They have systematized the firstpriority problems of innovation promotion programs development and have elucidated the formation of their solution mechanisms.
