The author considers the impulsive reactions and consumption habits cultivation with use of communicative influential technologies that produce required values and world images and irrational speculations. The author states that hightechnology methods of mind control facilitates the habitualization of material, pragmatic attitude towards human being which is ethically inacceptable. The author also accentuates the importance of humanistic information culture development implying that it would enable to form responsible and rational attitude towards information stream and oneself as autonomous personality.
