The authors did consider the problem of providing high-tech business with a human resource of appropriate quality from the standpoint of interaction between two related markets: of labor and educational services. The authors analyze the key role of the educational organization in meeting the internally conflicting desires of the employer to attract a resource that ensures a quick return on employment and is able to reconfigure to solve related tasks dictated by environmental conditions. The authors have proposed to shift the emphasis towards engineering and economic education as answering the new paradigm for the development of Russian economy.
