The author analyses the current state of Russian Federation scientific technological development, underlines the importance of innovative potential increasing in the country strategy; determines the key problems of Russian enterprises’ innovative growth; considers the essential issues related to the evolution of intellectual property management culture and gives ways to solve the problems including among others extension of useful business-knowledge, multi-specialty readiness, innovation value education.
