The author considers the conscience as space of reality opening subjectively to a man in his activity; demonstrates the sameness of logical forms and conscience; draws out the nature of the logical; analyzes the judgment as original form of logic and conscience; and reveals fragmentarily in ironical vein the common-sense standpoint.
