Organizational Culture as Companies’ Innovation Activity Model

The author exposes in detail the content of “innovation”, “innovation activity” and “organizational culture” notions, examines innovation centers purposes and objectives, studies organizational culture essence and substance. The author did pay considerable attention to mechanisms of its formation and development, has compared psychological and economic aspects of organizational culture effectiveness. In conclusion the author did mark particular significance of organizational culture separate elements’ development specificity in Russian companies.
