Planning the Activity of Company’s Innovative Capacity Use

The authors have presented the results of knowledge-intensive enterprises’ innovative development’s
long-term researches, with focus on planning the innovative activity of enterprises participating in development programs. To create the knowledge-intensive companies’ innovative activity’s balanced planning
mechanism the authors did elaborate basic methodic theses the implementation of which should improve
efficiency of enterprises’ innovative capacity management. Within the scope of innovative capacity management mechanism’s formation they systematized the internal and external factors influencing the innovative activity’s efficacy and considered the main problems of innovative cycle management.
