The author states that the relevance of problem-oriented lecture’s practice is related to importance of students’ scientific and educational interest stimulation in the context of uttermost information availability and richness. The author did give problem-oriented lecture definition and basic instructional technique for its organization, presenting the necessity of knowledge problematization in respect of science integration trend and the aim of science and culture at interdisciplinary researches able to form integral image of the world. The author has described actual examples of problem-oriented lecture, problematicity elements, and problematization in social sciences teaching practice.
