Research and Manufacturing Complexes Development Program Carrying-Out’s Integrated Economic Effect Evaluation

The authors presented an approach to research and manufacturing complexes development’s complex investment programs carrying-out integrated economic effect evaluation based on consideration of this process’ trend specificity and of complicated socio-economic systems evolution peculiarities. They did use for this effect evaluation the investment
analysis tools permitting to consider the time factor influence on time-consuming investment processes carrying-out. They did also show that this influence is subject to inflation and investment risks.
