In the context of ever-growing virtual reality and intellectual computer-generated environment the author justifies the necessity of new intellectual and communication skills shaping in the form of students’ social intelligence as their ability to adapt to information society and to perform efficient and adequate social interaction. The author has stated that it sets before educational system the tasks to scheme out new methods of teaching coexistence and collaboration of individual, social and machine intelligences, and of developing creativity, communicative-personal potential and cognitive component of an individual’s communicative abilities that should be considered as
most important index of professionalism.
