The authors consider the interrelation of philosophical categories of matter, conscience, movement, and information. They state that information is an indispensable attribute of any form of matter, conscience and movement. The authors substantiate the significance of informational approach as one of general scientific methodological directions. They have analyzed the human development as process of genetic and social information inheritance and have proven that information is at the onset of individual and society development as present at all of
its stages.
