The author discusses the integration of a person (individual) in social environment. He states that effective integration model can serve as positive factor promoting the society’s dynamic development. Sociocultural environment alteration consequently leads to changes in the conditions of person’s integration into society. Considering the society as self-organizing system the author analyzed the ontological principles defining conditions
of personality’s effective phased sociocultural adaptation from the point of view of synergetics as a universal model.
